Gameplay

Nitro Nation World Tour features several game modes. Mastering all of them will require a well-curated collection of cars, racing skills, and knowledge of how weather conditions, track lengths, and car tuning will affect the race!

Campaign

Each race in the campaign grants one-time rewards of in-game currency and car upgrade components.

Once completed, each campaign race can be repeated for additional in-game currency rewards.

Challenges

Test your mettle, wits, and car-tuning skills against a series of escalating challenges for valuable car upgrade components and in-game currency rewards!

Challenges include besting time trials, grip bonus values, reaction times, acceleration thresholds, certain top speeds, and more!

Player vs Player races

Pit yourself against real opponents and climb the leaderboards! All PvP races will cost a PvP pass, which are granted daily through play.

Ghost Races

Lower entry asynchronous races that automatically match you against competitive opponents’ cars and their track times.

Duels

Duels are higher entry and skills, real-time races for only the best of the best. You’ll get to choose your opponent from a selection of matched players and set the race reward – up to and including your opponent’s car!

Player vs Player Duels will involve an initial race entrance fee and a pre-set reward, with both denominated in one of the in-game tokenized currencies.

Players that want to raise their game even higher will have an opportunity to race for their opponent’s car! The losing player will have 24 hours to buy back their car from the winning player using in-game currency.

The cost of the buyback fee is determined in combination with all the car attributes such as performance tier, rarity, upgrade level, condition, and more. The winning player receives 85% of the buyback fee. If the losing player elects not to re-obtain their car, the winning player has the car transferred into their collection.

Tournaments/Events

Single Player Tournaments

Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal tournaments will give an opportunity for players of any skill level and racing tier to prove themselves against other players and win an NFT car and more!

Club Tournaments

Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal tournaments will give social clubs an opportunity to show which is the champion of the World Tour!

NFT Cars

In Nitro Nation World Tour there are two main things you can own as NFTs: the cars you drive and the Workshops you use to repair and improve them. All cars are fully licensed and from the world’s premium brands. Workshops are used to improve you and your Social Club’s ability to upgrade, service, repair, customize, rent, and loan out cars in the game.

Overview

Cars are divided up into performance tiers with each tier having 3 star levels that further separate performance of the base, non-upgraded car models.

All cars in Nitro Nation World Tour can be NFTs. Certain tiers, like D and C-tier cars begin as non-NFT game assets but as the car reaches certain upgrade thresholds through gameplay the car will become eligible to convert to a fully tradable NFT asset and be added to your Mythical wallet.

Car Upgrades

Cars can be upgraded through 5 distinct paths, each focusing on a different aspect of a car’s performance. Because of upgrades, the starting performance tier of a car does not mean it will always lose to cars from a higher tier.

Players can upgrade their car at their own or their club's garage.

Car Servicing

As cars are used in PvP races or during the Campaign they will receive some wear and tear. The condition of cars will need to be serviced to ensure peak performance in races. Servicing happens in Garages.

Car Repairs

The more races a car participates in the more damage it endures and the more Fame it earns. However, at certain damage thresholds its condition will also become more expensive and take longer to be serviced.

Players can perform a repair and restore its damage at their own or their club's garage.

Car Customization

In Nitro Nation World Tour it’s not only about racing your car, it’s also about showing it off! Impress your friends and Social Club by applying a fresh paint job, bodykits, wheels, and decals to your ride. Players can customize their car at at their own or their club's garage.

Officially licensed brands

Nitro Nation World Tour is all about owning, racing, and trading cars from the world’s premium car brands. Over 140 cars will be available at launch with 70+ new cars added every year.

Car Supply

Car supply information will be made available a short time before car NFT presales happen. Nitro Nation World Tour will always practice transparency with its availability and supplies and will never obfuscate numbers from its community.

Cars are earned through play, purchased directly in-game, or purchased on the Mythical Marketplace.

The max quantity minted of each B+ tier car model is finite, though as additional car models are introduced, the overall supply of cars will necessarily increase. C and D tier car models have unlimited supply.

Each car is a functional game asset that can be converted into an NFT (D and C tiers) or an NFT to begin with (B+ tiers).

Converting a car into an NFT is an automatic process that occurs as the car reaches certain performance thresholds through gameplay. Once the car is converted, it can be traded on the Mythical Marketplace!

NFT Spark Plugs

Spark Plugs are another way to obtain NFT cars in-game.

By obtaining Spark Plugs from Car Presale packs as well as special event packs in-game, players can collect 4 of the same rarity Spark Plug to fuse and mint a fully NFT car!

When fusing, the Spark Plug NFTs are consumed and the player receives a random, standard edition NFT car.

In addition to the combinations above, a Limited Edition Spark Plug can be added to the 4 Spark Plugs to create a Limited Edition NFT Car instead of a standard edition one.

20% of each Car's max supply is reserved for Spark Plug fusions. As the max supply of a given car is reached, spark plugs can no longer fuse into it.

Player’s Garage

Player garages are where players go to upgrade, service, repair, and customize their car.

The default player garage will only be able to upgrade a player’s cars to upgrade level 1 until they join a club.

Club Garage

Players get access to a shared, expandable garage when joining a club that performs the same actions of car upgrades, services, repairs, and customizations as the player's garage. The Club's Garage action slots are shared across all members of a club. As the club level increases it will get a modest increase in the number of action slots.

The Club's Garage will only be able to upgrade members' cars to level 3.

NFT Workshops Expand and Improve the Club Garage

By equipping Workshops onto the Club's Garage, the number of upgrades, repairs, service, customizations, car rentals, and car loans that can be performed by club members increases!

As clubs increase in level, additional Workshops can be equipped to provide even more slots and additional rewards.

There is no limit to the number of Workshops an individual can own, only to the number that may be actively equipped to their club.

NFT Workshop owners are responsible for actively equipping it to the club and are also able to unequip it as well. Club owners and officers may request a workshop be equipped and may unequip it as needed.

Social Clubs

The Social Club is an association of players working towards mutual goals and providing mutual support; like a clan or a guild.

Players will be able to form new Social Clubs or join existing ones. The number of Social Clubs in-game is unlimited though forming one will cost a small amount of in-game currency.

Club Benefits

There are several benefits to joining a club:

• Clubs will be a place to chat with like-minded car enthusiasts, form a community, and to learn about the game.

• Joining a club will allow members to upgrade their cars to a higher level cap than the default player garage allows; and it will also raise the default player garage’s cap to the club’s car upgrade level cap while they are a member.

• Joining clubs is the only way to upgrade, service, repair, and customize multiple cars at once as an individual player.

• The ability to rent out cars to other players.

• The ability to loan out and borrow cars to and from other members in the club.

• Research bonuses and improvements for club members’ cars and the Club Garage.

• Participation in club versus club competitions and club-specific events.

• Access to the club shop.

• Club members will progress faster and earn more rewards than the average solo player.

Tokenomics

Along with being able to own NFT Cars and NFT Workshops, Nitro Nation World Tour will tie directly to the recently announced Mythos blockchain gaming ecosystem through the use of the MYTH utility token, which will support the game’s in-game virtual currency (discussed below).

Governed by the Mythos DAO, and with support from industry leaders in web3 gaming, the Mythos ecosystem aims to democratize games and allow for players and creators to participate in game value chains through the benefit of web3.

There will be two in-game tokenized virtual currencies tied directly to MYTH**:

Nitro Coin is a general purpose unlimited in-game tokenized currency used to:

• Upgrade, service, and customize higher level cars

• Purchase NFT cars (while supplies last), other in-game currencies, racing passes, and car upgrade components

• Refresh Festival Shop

• Upgrade a Social Club at higher levels

• Pay Car Rental fees

• Pay PvP Duel racing fees

• Conversion into wrapped MYTH token

Gear Coin is a socially-oriented unlimited in-game tokenized currency used to:

• Upgrade, service, repair, and customize cars up to the highest levels

• Purchase NFT cars (while supplies last), other in-game currencies, racing passes, and car upgrade components

• Refresh Club Shop

• Upgrade a Club at the highest levels

• Pay Social Club upkeep costs

• Pay PvP Duel racing fees at the highest level

• Pay to buyback cars lost in PvP Duels

• Conversion into wrapped MYTH token

Both Nitro Coin and Gear Coin will be able to be earned as rewards from PvP races and will be purchasable for fiat in-game and on the Nitro Nation World Tour game web-store.

As each coin is used solely in the game economy, they’ll return them into their respective in-game supply. When the in-game currencies are converted into the wrapped MYTH token, the converted Nitro or Gear coin is then held for future potential conversion in the opposite direction (MYTH token to Nitro or Gear Coin).
